Treating Myself

My obsession for wish-lists comes in handy around holidays that require gifts. However my abundance of items sometimes overwhelms the buyers. So I get gift cards to use towards my wish-list items.

I wanted to treat myself with some girly-ness so I bought these wonderful girly items off my wish-list today!

I also found this book for Star Wars Crafts which I know both Hayden and I will totally rock.

I didn't get it yet, but I will soon. It's written by Bonnie Burton who wrote the first blog I ever read http://www.grrl.com.

Birfday

I've had such an amazing week. All of my friends and family have made my 31st birthday pretty damn awesome.
I woke up to Hayden singing me Happy Birthday accompanied by hugs and kisses before I was fully prepared.
When I got to work my co-workers bought me a beautiful purple orchid and a chocolate cake. All of this AND I had the most amazing 80's Prom Birthday Bash this weekend.
I'm a very happy girl!

Switching Over

After many problems and roadblocks with my previous blog hosting site I decided to switch over to blogger after reading a few different comparisons.
 I had to renew my domain which means Domestic Rockstar (the blog version) is now 1 year old!
The layout is pretty similar however I've added a few small elements to help drive readers to my site.
